Our Mission

Our Mission

Empowering communities to overcome challenges and build brighter futures

To advocate for and empower women, youth, marginalized and minority communities through education, sustainable development, human rights, and inclusive social protection initiatives. MASaD promotes equal access to education, healthcare, justice, and economic opportunities while combating discrimination, exclusion, and all forms of social injustice, enabling every individual to participate fully in the development of their communities.

MASaD is a non-profit organization based in Baidoa, Somalia. We work side by side with local communities, authorities and partners, including UNTMIS, to deliver humanitarian assistance and sustainable development programs that last.
